10% Buyer’s Premium added to the final bid to equal the total purchase price.  Time is of the essence.  Full payment is due the day of the auction by cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards and checks with a bank letter of guarantee. (3% will be added to process cards)  All items will be sold in “As, Is” condition.  Subject to errors and omissions.  Driver’s license required for a bidding number.  All statements at the auction take precedence over any printed material.  Nothing to be removed until settled for.
